Theory and Practice of Negotiations
April 3-4, 2018, 8:30am-4:30pm

This workshop will provide students with an introduction to negotiations, traditional forms of conflict resolution, mediation and the benefits of each process. You will gain an understanding of the difference between political and technical negotiations, identify how community dynamics impact the negotiation process and learn about arbitration and mediation under the Umbrella Final Agreement.
