This course is an introduction to the topic of Onboarding, Orientation and Mentoring. Discover the importance of effective onboarding and mentoring programs in establishing and integrating all employees into the workplace. During this course, we will explore the importance of linking recruitment goals with overall organization strategies for integrating employees with the culture and company. This course is designed for leaders of organizations, human resources professionals, or anyone involved in developing policies or programs around mentoring and onboarding. Gain an understanding of how onboarding processes work and the links to workplace culture, retention, and motivation of employees.
