WO 042 - Household Drinking Water Storage Practices

This 1 day course is designed to improve attendants? knowledge in maintaining safe drinking water in homes.
Course topics include raw water sources, bacteriological sampling, proper setup of hydro-pneumatic pressure tank and switch, chlorination, and corrective action for low chlorine residuals.

This course is especially recommended for home owners and landlords who are responsible for the operation & maintenance of reservoirs, tanks or other distribution system storage facilities, and is relevant to health professionals, supervisors, technicians and homeowners involved and/or interested in water quality.

This course is not registered with EOCP and does not offer CEUs.
