CHAI 001 - Chainsaw Operation/Maintenance
This 3-day course will take students through the fundamentals of chainsaw service, minor repairs and maintenance. Students will also be instructed in the selection of the proper saw for the job, operations of slashing, line cutting, falling, and bucking. They will also become familiar with general work standards and hazardous situations. Students will receive hands-on training in the field.
