History

Yukon College in Carcross has been working with students in the communities of Carcross and Tagish since 1981. The campus coordinates closely with the Carcross-Tagish First Nation to deliver programming that meets the needs of CTFN citizens and all residents in the area.

Distance & Online Learning

A wide variety of adult upgrading, video-conference, and online courses are available to students at the campus, allowing students to pursue full-time or part-time Yukon College programs.


Ondemand Programs & Courses

  • Red Cross and other employment related certifications such as WHMIS and Enform chainsaw safety
  • Essential Skills for Food Security program carried out in partnership with the Carcross/Tagish First Nation
  • Outdoor Power Equipment Maintenance and Repair Program.
