Classroom and Mobile Audio/Video Equipment

Borrow AV equipment (portable projector, PA system, microphones, etc.) for an event or activity in the College.

Faculty and staff can borrow certain types of equipment from the Library for a limited amount of time. If interested in the service, please fill in the AV request form. Note that equipment needs to be requested at least 2 business days in advance.

If you need instant help, visit the IT Helpdesk in person. Do not attempt to pull cables by yourself. The Helpdesk is located in the Library and is open during Library hours.

September to April:
Monday-Thursday: 8:30am - 9:00pm
Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
Saturday & Sunday: 1:00pm – 5:00pm

Learn to operate borrowed equipment.

AV help for mobile equipment signed out by the Library (portable projectors, laptops, microphones, PA systems, digital voice recorders, etc.) is available in the Library usually 8:30am to 4:00pm. Limited help is offered during evenings and weekends (September to April only). If you need help operating our equipment, please contact us directly or come to the Library.

Reserve classrooms and meeting spaces at Ayamdigut campus.

Staff can use a system called the EMS to search to free classrooms and request reservations.

Username: will be first initial + lastname (the same as the first part of your Yukon College email address. For example, jsmith@yukoncollege.yk.ca would use "jsmith")

Password: The same password you use for computers, Office 365, and Online Courses (Moodle)
