Are you looking for a new challenge to apply your administrative skills?  This position requires someone who enjoys being the first contact and providing program support services for the division of Applied Science & Management (ASM).   

As the administrative assistant, you will be supporting the day-to-day administration of the division by providing administrative support, directing enquiries, supporting instructors/students and assisting with financial procedures.  This is a busy, fast-paced department and this position is integral in providing strong organization for the staff and students of the division.

The ideal applicant will have certification in office or business administration at a post-secondary level with related administrative experience.   Experience taking comprehensive minutes and basic bookkeeping skills are required. 

Candidates with an acceptable combination of experience and education may also be considered
