We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated individual with a strong customer service background and a passion for working with students.  Working with the Office of the Registrar team you, will be providing a range of student, financial and administrative support services.  

As the administrative assistant, you will be supporting the Registrar, Admissions, the Learning Assistance Centre, International Education, First Nations Support and Cultural Coordinator, Counselling Services, Scheduling, Enrolment Services, and the Testing Centre. 
 
The ideal applicant will have office administrative certification and/or related post-secondary coursework and considerable experience working in office administrative positions combined with advanced computer skills,

Experience organizing meetings; preparing comprehensive minutes; providing bookkeeping assistance are required. This position works in an environment with constant interruptions including work requests from many sources.
 
Candidates with an acceptable combination of experience and education may also be considered.
