Administrative Assistant, Academic Council

We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated individual with a strong customer service background. Working with the Director of Governance & Strategic Initiatives, you will be assisting Academic Council by providing and monitoring a broad range of support services, to enable Academic Council to fulfil its mandate.
The ideal applicant will have office administration certification and/or related post-secondary coursework and considerable experience working in office administrative positions combined with advanced computer skills.
Experience organizing meetings/events, taking minutes, providing bookkeeping, and document tracking are required.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered.
