Whether you are trying to relieve stress, stay strong, or get healthy, regular exercise is a great thing to add to your day.

The gymnasium is open to students and staff at noon from Monday to Friday for indoor sports such as badminton, tennis and volleyball.

A weight room offers self-directed fitness opportunities on a drop-in basis.

A bouldering wall is the newest feature of our gym. We offer bouldering sessions organized with a trained supervisor.

Short-term classes in dance, Tai Chi and other exercise programs are offered at various times throughout the year. See the Calendar of Events or ask us for a schedule of current activities.
