Northern First Nations Studies

The Diploma of Northern First Nations Studies is an interdisciplinary program spanning history, cultural anthropology, politics and more. Through full- or part-time studies, students learn about the history, cultures and accomplishments, as well as the social, political and national concerns of First Nations and other Indigenous peoples of Yukon, the Canadian North and the circumpolar world.
The program’s courses include The Social History of the North, Introduction to Cultural Anthropology, and Constitutional Development of the North.
