This course continues the discussion of the important structures and forces affecting the sustainability of circumpolar communities. Questions relating to governance and politics, social issues, and global issues are explored. Prerequisite(s): NOST 101/BCS 100 or permission of the UArctic Dean of Undergraduate Studies.
