Step out of the fast lane and spend the evening under the instruction of our Red Seal Certified Chef as he teaches you the methods of Slow Cooking: Braising, Pot Roasting, Crock Pots and Flavour Infusion. This low stress style of cooking creates meals that are ready for you when you get home! Explore the different meats and vegetables that you can cook with these methods. Students will sample slow cooked foods in class.
