You won?t need your bread makers after this course. These are never fail bread recipes that can be made up in larger quantities and frozen raw so that you can pull out, proof and serve fresh every day. One evening of savory breads, whole grain, sourdough, brioche, cheese sticks, stuffed buns and focaccia. The second evening covers sweet breads, buttermilk bread, chelsie buns, tea rings, butter horns, and danishes. Mmmmmm...
