Conflict Resolution
Yukon College’s School of Continuing Education and Training is pleased to announce its new partnership with the Justice Institute of British Columbia (JIBC). Beginning this fall, you can achieve accredited JIBC Centre for Conflict Resolution (CCR) courses right here at Yukon College.
Boost critical communication and decision-making skills that will help you manage conflict in all areas of your life. Develop and refresh your talents with our primary offering, Foundations of Collaborative Conflict Resolution, or maximize your skill set as you build towards an Associate Certificate in Workplace Conflict, which includes the following courses:
Foundations of Collaborative Conflict Resolution: Workplace Focus: CCR 101 (or CCR 100)
Negotiation Skills Level I: CCR 170
Resolving Conflict in Groups Level I - Effective Team Dynamics: CCR 210
Resolving Conflict on the Frontline: Demonstrating Leadership at Work (available in March, 2012)
We will add to your course options over time and anticipate that, within three years, you will be able to complete full JIBC certificates in Negotiation or Mediation through Yukon College’s School of Continuing Education and Training.
If you have already taken Conflict Resolution courses with us in the past, call us today at (867) 668-5200 to find out how you can apply for credit with JIBC.
