Additional Support

Additional support is available from:

• Computer Lab Monitors (on the weekends)
• Your Instructor (for questions related to your course)

The Computer Lab Monitors are students. They will be able to help out with most things. For problems that they cannot assist with, please see the weekday staff in room A2434.
Questions regarding assignments need to be directed to your instructor. Student Computer Support will most likely not be able to answer them. Student Computer Support will not help you with your homework! 

Online Program Help

Each program on the computer has help available. To access this help select the Help Menu from the current program or press the F1 key. You can then use the search feature to find what you are looking for. Any how-to questions regarding the program will be available in the online program help files.
